Our Story
Our story began in 1983, when our founder started travelling to other provinces to sell children’s products such as headwear, dumbbells and modelling clay. Seeing how much the market was growing, the family turned from selling to making: in 1987 we opened our first workshop, Yongjia Meiao Changhong Teaching Instrument Factory, producing outdoor fiberglass slides for kindergartens and parks.
As environmental requirements rose, we moved from fiberglass to eco-friendly engineering plastics — plastic slides, merry-go-rounds, kindergarten beds and more. The factory became Yongjia Beitele Toy Factory in 2008, and Zhejiang Zhongshi Amusement Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in 2015 in Yongjia County, Wenzhou. In 2018 we began exporting.
Today we design and manufacture outdoor playgrounds, water slides, kids’ mini playgrounds, swings, seesaws and rockers in our own 11,000 m² factory, with more than 30 workers. We supply kindergartens, schools, parks and residential compounds in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman, Iraq, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and beyond, and every project starts with a free layout design for the customer’s site.
Qiaoxia: China’s Capital of Educational Toys
Qiaoxia’s toy industry began in the 1970s, when local families started making modelling clay, wooden teaching toys and plastic learning charts. By the 1990s it had moved into playground slides, and family workshops grew into specialist factories. In 2006 the China Toy & Juvenile Products Association named Qiaoxia “China’s Capital of Educational Toys”.
